Turkey Singles: Thanks to those who took part in our Turkeys (sponsored by Tim Jones Butchers) Singles Event this morning as the event also served as a Player of the Year event. Overall Nett: Denis Duggan 42, Overall Gross; John McGrath 47, Second Nett: Jerry Kelliher 43, Third Nett: Gearoid Cronin 44 (B9), Second Gross: Connie O'Sullivan Jnr 49 and Fourth Nett: Noel Moynihan 44. The result confirms John McGrath as our Player of the Year for 2025 as he can’t be caught now regardless of how the final event, the Doubles Matchplay, concludes. Congratulations to John as he will receive the award at our night in Murphy's on Friday December 12th next. Save The Date: Our annual end of year get together in Murphy’s Bar takes place on Friday December 12th. Prizes to be presented on night include: Club Strokeplay, Club Matchplay, Christmas Hamper (Adult), Player of the Year and Club Person of the Year will also be announced on night.
