National Inter-County:
Commiserations to Damien Fleming and John McGrath on ending up with another silver medal with the Kerry Senior Mens team after their mighty battle with Cork in Navan last weekend Commiserations also to team manager James Fleming as we commend both Ciara Lowe and Eileen McCarthy for their display with the Kerry Ladies team in Navan last weekend.
National Scotch Foursomes:
Well done to
those from the club who qualified for the Finals of next month’s Non-Mixed
event in Tralee following Tuesday September 8th last’s Qualifiers in
Listowel. They include all club pairings Derry O’Sullivan & Dan Broderick,
Michael Cronin & David Harnett, Eileen McCarthy & Ciara Lowe and Con
O’Sullivan & Paddy Murphy. Damien Fleming has qualified also alongside Tralee’s
Jason Cregan.
Sunday Draws:
Two Ball Scramble- First Nett: Sean Ashe & Margaret O'Brien 32, Gross: David Spillane & John Murphy 44, Second Nett: Daniel Kelly & Stephen Battle 36 and Hole-In-One: John Murphy (5th Hole).
Club Strokeplay:
We look forward to hosting this re-arranged event (sponsored by Charlie Foleys Bar). Entry is €10 per player with players will be able to play on either Saturday or Sunday with full details to be confirmed nearer the event.
U16 Captain’s Prize:
We wish our U16
Captain Ben O’Sullivan well on Saturday morning with his Captain’s Prize at
10am. Entry €5 per player.
County U16 Matchplay:
Best Wishes to our U16’s heading to Tralee on Sunday morning for their final county event of the year. A reminder the event is dress code.
