Deerpark Pitch & Putt Club President Derry McCarthy and Club Secretary Damien Fleming pictured with the European Team Championship Trophy which Damien brought to the club on Monday night as a member of last year's winning Irish side. Derry was Irish team captain for the same event in 2005 which Ireland won in Holland that year.

Curtailed to one draw last Sunday due to the excessive rain -Two Ball Scramble- First Nett: John Murphy & Dan Kiely 36½ and Second Nett: Sean Ashe & Dan Kiely 41. 

Flesk Restaurant Summer Series:

June 3^rd Results- Winners: Connie O’Sullivan, Sean Quill, Tadhg Lawlor and Lucas Uchytil 34¾, Runners-Up: Fionn O’Callaghan, Dan Kiely & Stanley Wade 36½ and Third Place: Fionn McMonagle, Max Moynihan & Alan O’Leary 36¾. Continues next Wednesday at 6.45pm.

U16 Scramble:

A special U16 Scramble took place on Monday night to honour the visit of the European and World Cup Trophies by our Club Secretary Damien Fleming following his wins with both Irish teams in 2024 and 2025. Winners: Aodhan O’Halloran, Charlie O’Loughlin, Tadhg Lawlor & Dara O’Keeffe 45 (B9), Runners-Up: Dylan Moynihan, Conor Bartlett, Cillian Healy, James Whelan & Mark Bowler 45, Third Place: Ryan Lowe, Mark O’Leary, Tiarnan Kavanagh & Finn McDonald 46

Community Games:

Congratulations to Aodhan O’Halloran and Ella Lowe on qualifying for the National Finals in Offaly next month.

Kennedy Cup:

Club member Sean Quill is captaining the Kerry team at the National Soccer event in UL this week. 

County Strokeplay:

Best Wishes to all our competitors from the club on Sunday in the various grades which we are hosting. A reminder the event is dress code and the course will be closed on Saturday in preparation for the event.

Munster Strokeplay:

Please note in advance of this event which the club are hosting on the weekend of July 19^th next month, the Committee have decided that the course will close to all general play from Monday July 6^th. An announcement regarding official practice times for competitors will be made in due course.
